Mass Antigen Activity

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge effect on all countries in the world, including Indonesia. The application of a strict protocol is one of the many ways to prevent the wider spread of the Covid-19 virus. Many of our customers are companies in the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia. Pharmaceutical companies are an industry with a critical category that must continue to run or operate during a pandemic. And we, as their supplier or company that is closely related to the pharmaceutical company, have an important role to continue to support the pharmaceutical company to run smoothly.

As a form of our support for our customers and also as an early detection or mitigation of the spread of COVID-19 cases in the company, we carry out regular antigen checks every 2-3 months. We also use this as a tracing if there are positive cases of Covid-19 cases in the Company.

Apart from the above, we also provide additional vitamins every month for all employees, provide extra food every week with the aim of helping to increase the employee’s immune system.

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Training

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sebuah perusahaan dalam menjalankan industry sesuai bidangnya, baik perusahaan manufature maupun perusahaan jasa. Hal ini merupakan tanggungjawab dari setiap entitas perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan usaha  dalam mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan yang beraneka ragam bentuk maupun jenis kecelakaannya.

PT Indogravure secara aktif terus menggalakan upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja melalui pendekatan yang lebih persuasif dan melibatkan seluruh karyawan untuk ikut andil dalam pencegahan kecelakaan, seperti lomba desain poster K3 training penggunaan Hidyrant dan lain-lain.

Selain itu kami juga menerapkan Program Sertifikasi SMK3 sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No.50 tahun 2012. Adapun tujuan dari sertifkasi SMK3 ini adalah untuk mencegah dan mengurang kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja dengan melibatkan unsur manajemen dan pekerja, dan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas perlindungan keselamatn dan kesehatan kerja yang terencana, terstruktur dan terintegrasi. 

Hal diatas merupakan salah satu usaha kami untuk mencegah terjadi nya potensi potensi kecelakaan sebagai upaya untuk membuat lingkungan yang ramah kerja yang akan berkaitan dengan pemenuhan kepuasan pelanggan kami.

IGV 50th Anniversary

November 1971 was the beginning of PT. Indogravure was founded, and at that time we were the first company to use the Rotogravure printing press.

We have faced many challenges and obstacles during this journey, but we have been able to survive until now and are able to face challenges that are increasingly difficult from year to year.

This is inseparable from the support of all parties, such as material suppliers who always support us, customers who always trust us and for all employees who always support the company’s operations.

In 2021, PT Indogravure celebrates its 50th anniversary which is a golden year for us. We are holding this birthday celebration in a simple way considering that we are still in a state of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, this does not reduce our meaning and gratitude because we are still able to survive until now. It is also a challenge for us to continue to be the best flexible packaging company in Indonesia.
